The payment methods accepted by us:
PayPal, bank transfer, purchase on account, credit card (by PayPal).
Paying by advance payment / transfer.
After sending your order you will initially receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. In a subsequent email, we will confirm the order and notify you of the invoice amount and account details.
After the total amount has been received in our account, your ordered goods will be made available subject to availability and shipped as soon as possible.
The goods will be reserved or ordered after the payment has been received in full. If we have still not recorded any incoming payment within 14 days of receipt of your order, your order will be automatically cancelled free of charge.
Paying with PayPal.

What if I don not have a PayPal account?
You can register free of charge here: www.paypal.de.
Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account. You can pay with PayPal straight away. You will be notified as soon as the full amount has been entered in our PayPal account. Your order will be activated immediately and sent for processing straight away!
Purchase on account (PayPal).
You can now purchase on account with our reliable partner PayPal. You can examine your purchases at your leisure before transferring the amount quickly and easily.

- PayPal is quicker: You will receive ordered goods more quickly.
- PayPal is free: PayPal is completely free of charge for you as a purchaser.
Cash payment on collection
You can collect goods from our warehouse in Esslingen. This avoids shipment costs. You will settle the cash payment with us on site. Card payments will not be accepted!
Payment receipt / guidelines
If the invoice amount to be paid has been received in our account, you will receive notification of receipt of payment. You can log into your customer account and consult the processing status of your order independently from our notification service.
Please note that you will be fully liable for all bank charges applying to international transfer orders. If the amount received in our account differs by the amount of a bank charge, we will retain the delivery until the order value has been paid in full.
Note on refunds
If an order which has already been settled by means of prepayment cannot be completed, we will refund you within five working days of cancellation of the order for the amount paid in advance. Our customer support team naturally remains at your disposal should you have any further questions.
