Payment

We offer several secure and convenient payment methods. Unless otherwise stated, card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, eps, and Pay by Bank payments are processed on our behalf by Mollie B.V.

Payment methods accepted by us

1. Convenient payment with PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay quickly and easily using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card. If you have a PayPal account, you can complete the checkout process without entering your card details on our website. PayPal transactions are processed via PayPal’s secure platform; buyer protection, disputes, or refunds are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions and policies.

2. Klarna

With Klarna, customers can pay flexibly – immediately, later, or in installments. The payment options allow you to settle the amount up to 30 days later or pay in interest-free installments. Klarna ensures a simple checkout experience and handles the payment processing and associated risk.

3. Credit / Debit Card

We accept common credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption (SSL) and – where supported by your card issuer – an additional layer of fraud protection through 3D Secure. This ensures that your card can only be used by the legitimate cardholder. Card data is processed on our behalf by Mollie – we never store your full card number on our servers.

4. Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer (BACS/SEPA), you will receive all payment instructions in full in your order confirmation email. Please state your order number as the payment reference so that we can quickly allocate your payment to your order. Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped as soon as the payment has been credited to our account.

5. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a fast and secure payment method from Apple and is available exclusively on Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch. Payment is made conveniently via the respective device without the need to manually enter card details.

6. Pay by Bank

Pay by Bank is an instant bank payment method that enables secure and immediate transfers directly from your online banking (also known in part as “instant payment”). It is a fast alternative to card payments and is processed via the same payment service provider (Mollie).

7. iDEAL

iDEAL is a widely used online payment method in the Netherlands. During checkout, customers are redirected directly to their familiar online banking environment and complete the payment securely there. Thanks to the automatic transmission of all payment data, iDEAL is particularly fast and convenient.

8. Bancontact

Bancontact is the leading online payment method in Belgium. Customers pay securely via online bank transfer using their Bancontact card and bank account.

9. eps Transfer

The eps transfer (“Electronic Payment Standard”) is a secure online payment system developed specifically for Austria. Customers are redirected directly to their familiar online banking environment and carry out the payment there as usual.

Receipt of Payment / Policies

Once the invoiced amount has been credited to our account, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of payment. Regardless of our notification service, you can log in to your customer account at any time to check the processing status of your order.

International Bank Transfers

Please note that any bank fees incurred for an international transfer must be borne by you in full. If the amount credited to our bank account differs due to bank fees, we reserve the right to withhold delivery until the full order value has been paid.

Refund Notice

If an order that has already been paid in advance cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the prepaid amount within five working days after the order has been canceled. If you have any further questions, our customer support team will of course be happy to assist you.

Security & Data Protection

Your security is our top priority. All online payments (with the exception of the manual bank transfer described above) are processed by Mollie B.V., a reputable European payment service provider, using strong encryption and industry-standard security measures. Mollie and the respective payment systems use measures such as PCI DSS compliance and 3D Secure to protect cardholders and reduce fraud. We do not store any sensitive payment data on our website. In addition, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR).
