Assembly service

If you do not want to assemble your new maveo products yourself, then simply book an installation service by contacting the provider Mila.

Mila is the European market leader in the area of technical support who acts as an agent for different companies throughout Germany by placing installation orders with qualified, trained individuals.

The system is simple:

  • Select the product installation service and complete the purchase procedure.
  • After you have paid for the products or payment has been received, we will automatically pass on the installation order to Mila for you.
  • A service technician will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment and agree a price* with you and to discuss whether all the assembly requirements have been fulfilled.
  • The service technician will come to your premises on the agreed date and will install your new products for you.
  • On completion of the installation, you will sign the service technician’s smartphone and will receive an invoice by email, which you can pay by bank transfer or in cash in person.

*If you have agreed to additional services in the preliminary discussion with the service technician which extend beyond those included in the fixed price, you will agree the price of these additional service between you.
